Pay Superannuation- offer alternative payment method other than direct deposit

Our request is for the update of MYOB AccountRight to offer the alternate payment method i.e. electronic payment, where we can create the ABA file to upload to the bank, rather than direct debit.

With the upcoming legislated payday superannuation, we are looking for efficiencies with the super payment process. With fully audited accounts and strict compliance around payments, we need to process the superannuation via electronic transfer (strict compliance with two to sign via bank transfer). We cannot process these payments via direct deposit.

    Did you receive a reply to your query. I also don't want to pay direct from MYOB, we choose to pay direct from Westpac.

    PLEASE HELP, let me control my payments and receipts.

    Since migrating from AR to BUSINESS PRO, I cant even create  a super payment ! I get this message "“A problem occurred with processing this super payment. Please refresh the browser, check the details and try again.”

    Apparently, they are working on it. My December bank feed now has multiple unallocated transactions, NOT required because I have reconciled and balance. MYOB is supposably reviewing this also! BUT they are still there, day6 (4th working day).

     Everytime I log in I notice my accounting preference has gone back to Accrual, IT should be cash accounting. I have to change each time.

     

    I no longer see sent emails through OUTLOOK. 

    we are a small business I do the accounts in spare time after my other employment and honestly getting distressed over this program.

    Following .  Hope you get a response soon. We would also like to move away from direct debit
