I'd recommend following the steps to ensure automatic updates are available on your network as well. Normally if you redownload AccountRight from our website and there's a newer version available, you'll be prompted to upgrade it. Detailed instructions can be found on this page.
Hi Amanda - i ended up fixing it by using the PC software edition. We were using the server edition because of when we used to keep the datafile on a server. But that system ceased a few years ago. We now have an online data file and it is only me that accesses it, so i uninstalled the server software and installed the PC software just on my workstation and it has all worked and i can send multiple eft advices. Thanks for perservering with me to fix!
