Remove Legacy Payroll Categories from Employees
MYOB, you seriously need to sort this out!
We have employees who have been with our business for a long time, and have moved through a number of different payroll categories. For example, they started as a 16yo, then 17 yo, now adult. They might move from Level 2 to Level 3 to Level 4 etc. Now their card can have 20 payroll categories active, when they only need 3. And it is currently impossible to inactivate these legacy categories from employee cards.
This leads to confusion and errors with pays. We can't make these payroll categories inactive as there are other employees still using them.
MYOB, what are you doing with the hundreds of dollars I pay you each month? Please fix this issue that your customers have been requesting for years and years. Surely it can't be that hard!
