When searching in the card file, why does it find the word "Customer" and the word "Supplier"?
No wonder these searches take so long when you are searching starting with "cu" or "su"
I would also suggest that the search doesn't start until the enter key is clicked. This would speed up searching by heaps.

FYI for anyone interested. I just found a way to exclude the "Customer" & "Supplier" (Type) Field from searching.
Right click on the "Type" Field and uncheck "Is Searchable".
This stops this field from being in the search.
We are changing this idea's status due to low community engagement (comments and votes) over the last six months. The idea remains in our developer backlog, but will be prioritised for review if it receives more votes.
