Update the Original Recurring Invoice When Printing an Invoice

Problem

Many businesses use recurring invoices as templates rather than for automatic billing. I have more than 50 recurring invoice templates, and pricing, descriptions and charges change over time.

Currently, after creating and printing an invoice from a recurring template, I have to:

1. Find the original recurring invoice.
2. Delete or edit it.
3. Go back to the new invoice.
4. Save it as a new recurring invoice.

This is time-consuming and involves unnecessary steps.

--Suggested Feature

When printing (or saving) an invoice that was created from a recurring invoice, add a checkbox such as:

[Checkbox] Replace the original recurring invoice with this invoice

If selected, MYOB would automatically update the recurring invoice that was used to create the transaction, replacing it with the current invoice's descriptions, prices, quantities and other details.
