Remove messages once dismissed

I have a Business ledger in which I am finalising the 2025 year and I keep getting this pointless message:

 

This message is just wrong. PLEASE, to base this message on the computer's system date rather than the date that has been selected for the report is not only wrong but must be creating problems for any user who is not very experienced.
