For some reason, When a client pays a deposit for an order, Business Pro does not have the ability to apply the deposit to the sales order. So when the sales order is converted to an invoice, you then have to either "remember" that you have received a deposit. Looking at the list of sales orders does not tell you if a client has paid the deposit or not. Production can be held up unnecessarily.
This feature is perfectly normal in Accountright.
