When we are creating a quote, we add all the line items, then if we would like to change the order before we send it, we have to delete the items and add them again in the new order rather than just dragging the line item into the new position like we can do when creating invoices. I would like to be able to change the order of the line items on quotes in myob.

This is mind boggling! Im just trying this MYOB out and it cant even do these basic functions! This does not make my life easy or convenient and makes quoting a task that would be better suited to excel spreadsheets. This is poor implementation.

Hey JulieSprigg
We are changing this idea's status due to low community engagement (comments and votes) over the last six months. The idea remains in our developer backlog, but will be prioritised for review if it receives more votes.

1. I too would like to option to change the order of line items in quotes.
2. And adding another line item in between existing items.
3. And my 3rd request on this one, I would like to add notes/comments in the body of the quote that go accross the page, instead of in the item description space, that pertain to the quote line items (out side of the comments section at the bottom of the page).

Also, adding another line item in between existing items. You are able to do both of these things for an INVOICE but not for Quotes, very annoying
