Invoice PDFs checkbox sticky

Can we just skip all this ridiculous 'product team' 'community' rubbish and just fix the problem please MYOB? Surely its a super simple fix that doesn't need to wait for a product update in future, given its a default that was simply removed for no reason?

Please do this, it's very annoying having to check the box every time I send an invoice. I have had several customers complain about no longer receiving PDF attachments.

Agree, this is a terrible update. Please bring back the default option to include PDFs. My customers require a PDF attachment so that it can automatically uploaded into their payment system. This was previously ticked by default so should be simple for you to reintroduce. 

I understand that MYOB is trying to push customers to the online payment service that they collect fees from, but surely you can't be doing that at the cost our (your customer's) reputation. We have had multiple clients complain about missing PDFs and it's a major inconvenience to have to remember to tick the box every time. We are your customers, not your sales agents!

It's happened again. PDF's are again no longer being attached to our invoice sends. Is there a solid reason for removing the functionality please?

It is a requirement for Building and construction business to send pdf invoices.  Whoever decided the update would remove this obviously is not hands on in the bookkeeping world.  It should never have been removed.  I am receiving multiple irate messages from customers asking why it is no longer being sent.  Unfortunately, I had no control over it no longer being sent and also have no control to include it again thanks to your update.

Angry clients, late payments.  This is a disaster.  There isn't much that would make me go through the pain of changing accounting software, but this is a BIG one.

Very cynical move to try and increase revenue through MYOB's online payment system.  Don't you realise a lot of us deal with seriously large customers who will not put up with this kind of nonsense ?  FFS !
