Is anyone else having issues with the new Invoice Summary emails?
Within the same summary, some invoices are hyperlinked while others say "No details available". Why is this inconsistent?
The bigger issue is that many of our customers won't click links in emails for security reasons. They want PDF invoices attached, so we're now spending time resending invoices that MYOB has already sent individually.
Can we please have:
- Consistent links for all invoices.
- The option to attach PDFs or disable Invoice Summaries altogether.
- An option to stop the constant notification emails telling us invoice summaries have been sent. They're just adding unnecessary inbox clutter.
This feature has created more work than it's saved for us.
