employee payments summaries

Is there an easy way to download all the employee payments summaries for a payroll year m( a s individual  pdf's ) , rather than having to do them individually  - which is a pain when 20 + employees . Another reason for downloading is that myob only gives access to current & past years  STP finalisation reports .

    Hi NealeB, 

     

    If you’re looking to print payment summaries in bulk for previous years, there’s no direct way to do this in the software. But if you’ve got a backup of your company file from the year you need, you can restore that backup and run off the payment summaries for that specific year. You’ll find more info about payment summaries from this link.
