Payment Summaries green tick
Hi. I am using myob business lite online and have completed my EOFY finalisation. I only have 2 employees and they both have a grey (not green) tick in the final indicator column. How long does it take to update this information in their myGov account? I processed the finalisation on Friday at 1.30pm and on Saturday at 9.30am their payment summaries were not in their myGov. Thank you.

You can use your recovery code by selecting the "Try another method" option when verifying your login and following the prompts. This link may offer some help in the process.
