PAYG Payment Summary Printing

Hi

So confused, I've been on hold for nearly 2 hours.

How do I print out the PAYG Payment Summary - business and personal services income

All of our staff are contractors so not under STP

Last year (2025), it was Command Centre / Payroll / Prepare Payment Summaries.

But that is no longer there.

These need to be done this week

Thank you

Yes, I have the same issue. If you Select Payroll Reporting, you get taken to the On-Line functionality and I presume that MYOB assumed everybody would be using the on-line service. But if you are off-line (or waiting over 36 days to respond to an issue with not being able to go on-line) then you can't use that facility: it is only available to on-line company files. Looks like a clear failure to consider all the use cases. Or to make sure users knew how to find the new info...

    Hi techsand

I can see why this is confusing. If Prepare Payment Summaries is no longer showing there, the file is usually set up for STP, which is why that option no longer appears in Payroll.

If you’re not meant to be using STP and that option is still missing, the file setup will need to be checked. I recommend reaching out by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.

  • After waiting 3 hours on hold, to being told that it was not possible to run PAYG Payment Summary - (business and personal services income), at all, because it should be STP.  All of our staff are contractors that are not reported through STP.  I have had to resort to completing by hand the ATO PDF form, imagine how long that took to do - not a happy chicken.

I advised that I had done an online backup on 30/6/26, and asked if I could I restore it to try and do the Summaries, to which I was told that if I restored a backup then the backup would overwrite everything that has been entered since then.

We should be able to restore an old backup, I used to do backups / restore to check certain things and to give a copy to the Accountant for end of year.

Myob you have broken something that was not broken and made life unbearably hard.
