MYOB TEAM and approving hours

we have 90 employees and they range in all kinds of skills and age and there is an option for them to insert notes for when they submit their hours for the day but they find this difficult and time consuming and they tend to be trigger happy and hurry to leave at the end of the day. It would be so good if the person approving the hours submitted at the end of the week/day could add notes in their note in so the payroll manger knows how to pay to the eg 30mins overtime appoved by joe....or 1hour late for medical reasons
