Opt Out of AI Automatching

This feature is absolutely terrible.

 

I'm all for AI suggestions that I can accept or ignore. But auto-matching based on 'history' is an awful feature. Does the fact I need to raise an invoice and code it correctly before applying the payment to it, not matter any more?

 

I'm having to go into "automatched" transactions, scroll through to find ones that are incorrect, unmatch them and then re-do them correctly.

 

Either remove this feature, or  give us the option to "opt in or out" of using it. 


Currently, my workload is doubled. 

 

Very unhappy!

    There isn't an option to opt-out of smart reconciliation. I have passed your feedback onto the product team for consideration in our ongoing conversations to improve the smart-matching experience.

    Yeah I had to go over about 6 vehicle regos which do and dont have gst.  Painful and waste of time.  Id much rather do it all manually as it saves time..

    Its created an excessive workload having to go in and correct all the errors and relocate to the correct area.  Not all invoices go into one category.  time to change it MYOB or you will have people leaving as its creating errors that need not be

     

  • Stop auto match... your AI doesn't understand our businesses,

    • gst free items
    • gst items
    • attached invoices with both gst and gst free items
    • ai chat is useless,
    • customer service is taking 2 weeks minimum for an incorrect answer

    We are speaking into a void.  The march towards progress must not be stopped.  No matter what it actually costs our businesses in both time and money.  What happened to CHOICE?

    I normally spend an hour at most reconciling monthly accounts - this past month it took me 3 hours because of AI's auto-match that I couldn't toggle off - matching an account that was 11 months old and throwing off my EOM balances.
