I understand that MYOB is trying to push customers to the online payment service that they collect fees from, but surely you can't be doing that at the cost our (your customer's) reputation. We have had multiple clients complain about missing PDFs and it's a major inconvenience to have to remember to tick the box every time. We are your customers, not your sales agents!
