Hello is anyone there

I have used MYOB for more than 25 years.  What is going on?  The customer service no longer exists.  Once upon a time you could call 24/7 and still get someone who's first language was english.  What are we paying for?  It's a shame that I cant bill MYOB for the hours I sit waiting to talk to someone and then get put through to numerous other departments that cant help me either.  I have tried calling MYOB 8 times today and MYOB keeps hanging up on me.  Get yourselves sorted, this is out of control.  Customers must be leaving MYOB in droves.
