YES YES YES its very frustrating.
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this. I am not aware of any widespread issues with AccountRight at the time of writing.
If you are still finding your program is running slow, I recommend going throught this help article: Speed & Performance tips.
To investigate further what is causing this I would need to know more information such as: do you receive a specific error message? When is the program slow? What tasks are you doing? Is it slow on another computer? Is it slow for other users?
