I accidentally cancelled 2 credit card bank feeds. The feed in one had stopped in Dec 2022 for some reason, so I tried cancelling it in order to try and add it again, but accidentally cancelled the wrong one because the other one was already showing as cancelled (the one that had stopped in Dec 2022).
When I tried to reinstate them I tried clicking "Add more credit cards". I followed instructions and copied the authorisation code which I pasted into the ASB page.
Both cards were alrealy selected on the ASB page so I just went ahead to enable them and the "feed was saved successfully".
But the feeds are still not working in MYOB and they are still showing as cancelled under "My Products" (attached)

Thanks for your post. I've had a look at our records and found that bank account ending in 1467 was still active in the background on our end. The bank feeds team have reactivated this bank feed, however in regards to bank feed ending in 9874 this has been cancelled. This bank feed will need to be re-applied for, the team recommend applying via the application form because of the cancellation.
This Help article has instructions on how to apply via the application form and send it through to the bank feeds team directly.

Thanks for the screenshot. I've investigated this further with the bank feeds team and they have located the bank feed for this bank account, they can re-activate this. Can you please confirm the start date required of the bank feed transactions you'd like so they can arrange this.

Hello Melisa,
I received the "Good news! Your bank feed is ready" email.
However all transactions since December 4 are still not being shown in the bank feed, it is still not updating.

The bank feed account was linked yesterday afternoon, the feeds should follow through to the file later today. If they are not available end of business day do let me know.
