unable to delete a transaction
I cannot use delete payment function since yesterday, I already disable "Transaction can't be changed ' in preferences-security bar. The arrow shows in blue as well. What else do I need to do? ...
Oh I see. Is the user log on you using an administrator account?
Administrators can set previledges for its users. I might not have permission to delete that's why it is greyed out.
You will need the administrator to change your user settings to give you permision.
