AccountRight not responding

Hi,

My AccountRight PC edition 2020.3 not responding at all today. I have tried it on another computer but still not responding.

Can anyone help?

    Hi Lydia_Lou 

     

    Thank you for you post and sorry this is occurring for you. 

     

    Generally, when the Not Responding messages is thrown, AccountRight is still working in the background, but Windows thinks AccountRight has stopped working. These messages often go away if AccountRight is left to do its thing, however if it doesn't go away there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take that are outlined in AccountRight not responding. 

     

    Please let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.
