Please note bank feeds have come through now (thanks goodness)....
There is currently a delay with NAB bank feeds as we there was an error with the file that we received from the Bank and thus have been unable to process those feeds. This is something that we are working with NAB to resolve to ensure those transactions are made available as soon as possible.
Oh...now it's the bank again. We have been having issues with getting bank feeds most of the days for the last few months. Please stop blaming the bank and get it fixed properly MYOB!
Is there an update when this be back up and running please? Holding up important tasks yet again....
one company's NAB transactions have downloaded, another company's NAB transactions hasn't. Can anyone explain the logic behind that?
I am still waiting for the bank feeds for 21/10/19. I only received the bank feeds for 18/10/19 today. : (

Hi, we haven't had any Westpac transactions downloaded since last Wednesday 16/10. We also haven't had any NAB transactions since Thursday 17/10. Would appreciate an ETA on when this will be fixed please. thanks

We did receive the necessary information from NAB late afternoon yesterday (21/10/2019 ) to process those transactions. As such those transactions should be available for collection, if not already collected into the company file.
NAB data still not available for Friday 18/10/19 at this stage.
Is this error occuring again?
I am missing NAB transactions for 29 nov - 2nd Dec
We are not having any issues.
Bank feed data has been there every day for me over the past couple of weeks.
Just reconciled the week for our 4 NAB accounts and no issues.
