Spend Money: Remove the warning for Pay Bill transactions (when supplier is selected)

Would you please give users some way of turning off warning messages, especially the following.... 

If the deposit you are entereing is a payment for a sale that you have recorded, you should be using "Receive Payments" instead of "Receive Money.

We use Spend  Money extensively as a simple effective way to record bills and payments on the one screen and almost never record bills for subsequent payment. It is most annoying to receive this nanny message EVERY TIME we are recording payments, especially when we are recording up to 50 entries at a time.

I imagine most MYOB users are reasonably educated mature sensible people who don't appreciate being treated like half-wits, which is the message these warnings convey.

I enter a lot of expenses paid by credit card as 'spend money' because they are usually for many different suppliers. The warning that pops up is really annoying and time consuming. If MYOB could either get rid of the warning altogether or at least provide an option to not display the warning, that would be very much appreciated.

Re the prompt to check Pay Bills when entering in Spend Money. I only want the warning if there is a matching Pay Bills amount outstanding for that Client. Too many times you flick across and there is nothing outstanding and then you cant easily flick back to the Spend Money option to keep on processing (but I understand that this is probably there so you check closed Pay Bills to avoid duplication.) Being able to flick back and forth would make life easier.

Is there a way the Spemd Money Warning can be disabled? It requires at least 3 clicks of the mouse every time it is used and is rather infuriating. 

Can we turn off warning messges after they have been seen a few times?

Spening money I get the "is this a bill pop up"  it is really annoying - I pay for many things via spend money - why have this if you get asked if it is a bill each time?

Also making something inactive - do we have to get the warning message every time?

I understand if you are not familiar with the software but after using it for more than 20 years I do have some idea!

Thanks for the great suggestion DebTraj .Anyone who would like and opion to disable or hide pop-up warnings please cast your vote here. Please comment stating which warnings you would like to be able to disable.

Yes, I would like the option to disable the warning amentioned by Deb 

I agree.  Some pop up messages about the general ledger codes being used should also be disabled. eg using an income code when keying a payment or visa versa

We request others who would like to have an option to prevent pop up warning messages to please vote for the Idea.

Totally agree with the annoying pop-up warnings - for me though, it's especially the one that appears when making 'electronic payments' when it continuously warns to check the BSB & account numbers - please remove that one too
