Account Categories, Tax Code Change without GST REGISTRATION
Hi, I am not registered for GST. I want to create sub categories for different accounts. Like: Accounting ( which is assigned GST) I want to create Account Software as a sub class. But as I am not registered for GST it automatically assigns N-T and there is no way of changing it. This does not make sense as for accurate accounting and reporting, I would still need it assigned GST. This is just one of many examples why this is necessary. Hi, I'm having trouble with online payments since the changes to fees coming out of payments. I am trying to work out what's wrong with my settings so MYOB will reconcile automatically but until I can figure that out I have all my online payments sitting in unallocated and obviously I can't match them as I used to do because the fees have been taken out of the payments so they don't match so how do you reconcile them manually? Hi there, We've just started receiving online payments minus the merchant fees as advised by MYOB but it doesnt seem to be automatically reconciling. The amounts obviously dont match and are out of balance. We have attempted to sort this out ourselves, we gone through the online support about "Changes to how you pay for online payments" But we cant seem to be any wiser. Going into the Online Payment Portal, and check the ledger accounts but they appear to be the appropriate ones. However we cant seem to sort this issue out. Can someone please advise what we are not doing and help make transactions automatically reconcile as its supposed to? Thanks Michael39Views0likes10CommentsUnable to Backup AccountRight
We are running a desktop version of AccountRight over our network and when I try to backup the folder I get the following message. I have tried saving the backup to various folders on my computer, to the desktop and to one drive with the same result. Our IT support says that it is not a permissions or network error. hi there, My client has registered every user of Myob AR file as owner, not sure how. This includes a departed employee and accountant. I am also listed as owner, but neither the actual owner of the business, not myself have the option to remove access. Please see below - this is when logged into my.myob / manage users.
