The older verson of MYOB AccountRight used to be able to print numberous invoices to PDF. The new verson now only prints them as many individual PDF files.
I used to go to print/email invoices and select the invoices I wanted to print (say around 20 of them). I would print them to pdf and they would be 1 file with 20 pages. Easily emailed to customers and without them having to open up 20 seperate PDF files.
Can this be modified to work as it did previously? This is quite frustrating as every week I need to group a number of invoices together and now I will have to print them and scan them in order to have them as 1 PDF file.
Please Help!!!

I use Nitro PDF 8 and when I print out the individual invoices I open Ntiro PDF and on the ribbon is an option to combine PDF files
This allows you to combine trie all the PDF files sort them into an order and save all to a single PDF
You can save the file as say Customer Name Month Year Invoices .PDFway
I then just go to my usual email program and email it to the client
While this is an addittional process outside MYOB find it was the best way to resove the problem

Very good idea. Very annoying when customers have an overdue invoice, or request copies, and you have to send each individual email separately. If they went in one PDF, that way you can be assured they get them all, and they stay together.
Look forward to this feature appearing soon! :)

Thanks for your great suggestion. This is similar to an idea that has been raised previously. We recommend that you cast your vote for this idea here:
- In Account Right 2019 when you run a payroll and print payslips you cannot print them all to a single pdf file, they send them individually which is time consuming and cumbersome especially if you have 20+ staff. Other way is to print all the payslips and then scan and save to a pdf file to send to your clients. Again a waste of time and paper. In previous versions of Account right it worked so well, why change something that was a great feature. MYOB please bring back this option of printing all payslips to a single pdf file.

I'm not entirely sure I'm understanding your query, but you CAN save a full payrun or selection of payslips as PDFs through the reporting option without needing to print and then rescan - no paper/ink needed!
Go to Reports, Payroll, select the relevant date/s and all/specific employees - then, through the "Print Preview" option use "Separate Pages" so that each payslip prints individually. Once you have the selection required, use the "blue" "down arrow" (aligned with menu options on the status bar) to "Export" to "PDF" and save as relevant -works very well and I use it often!!

I like to save my pay slips on file as well as printing them. Using AccountRight Plus v19, I would save them to file with Microsoft XPS Document writer, and I have been very happy with this. Since upgrading to AccountRight 2014, instead of saving all the pay slips as one file, it saves each pay slip as a separate file. This is very annoying and time consuming as I have to name each file individually. Could this please be changed somehow?

Hello Charlotte
see how you go with downloading Cute free ftp writer.
It installs as s printer and can be selected instead of the default printer .

Thanks for your reply, but I am not convinced that will solve the problem. I use Microsoft XPS for everything, and do not want any more software. If you select several pay slips to print, they come up on the printing queue as, say, 6 documents, instead of 1 document with 6 pages. That is the problem I am having. Surely even 'Cute ftp writer' will therefore create 6 files as well. I just want it the same as it was in AccountRight v19!

Follow up: I tried Cute PDF writer, and I still get several files, instead of one, so this hasn't solved the problem.

We have just been migrated over and the loss of this function is a big one. I cant believe this would occur it has created so much additional work for us to now have to print and save each Payslip as a PDF file and then open them one by one and add them to one document :( very disappointed

It makes it a slow process when you need to actually print a few hundred invoices also. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

So the workflow now is:
- Sales command centre
- Print/Email Invoices
- select invoices
- press print
The print dialog comes up. you select a printer? Snag It each time?
What you want is:
- Sales Command Centre
- Print/email invoices
- Select Invoices
You want a way that you either decide to print them off one by one OR to be able to preview them all in one big view before you print them? so maybe have a 'preview all selected ' button that will take you to a preview of the invoices in one long view. You can review them, then press print from the preview? Shoud it allow you to export to PDF or word or something as per current reports?

Hi Mark, this is a Print/Email process, so printing could be to printer or file, when pdf is the most likely choice.
I like the idea of a Preview; if the Preview then printed as one print job that would be great. Also output choices to printer or pdf.
I don't print to SnagIt all the time, but I'm used to doing that as the 'Send to PDF' options in v19 and earlier weren't very good quality.
Is there any way we can return to the older version where various invoices/statement can be sent as one PDF file? I have a client who sends individual invoices to a branch and then at the end of the month has to send these to Head Office. It was an option before "tick the box for one invoice" or "tick a selection" for one PDF file - that is now not a choice as each invoice/statement is saved individually & has to be named accordingly.

I used to print to a PDF file to clear old doc's that hadn't been printed and weren't going to need printing so this is similar - used to print to PDF and then delete the PDF or name and file it. To clear these I now turn off my printer and then when they are finally in the cue I delete them. Some clients can have hundreds of files ready for printing so this is time consuming - printing to one PDF file used to be almost instant.
