Outrageously Lack of Support from MYOB
I am absolutely appalled to get an email today (29/4/24) advising an increase in subscription costs for AccountRight Standard. I have a software error in our package and after sending countless emails a couple of years' ago, still have the problem in our system. I gave up emailing and phoning - sending screen shots, as requested and had no help whatsoever to rectify the problem. It is so difficult to get technical help and resorting to the webpage is utterly useless. I never recommend MYOB to anyone else in business. Good morning everyone The client has received an advance from Shopify against future sales I have reconciliation of the loan account. MYOB say they are listening to customers but over 20 years of asking and over 300 people asking for the option to email receipts, and still nothing. Who cares about some new look. Hello I am unable to login to MYOB due to the error message 'Backup in progress This company file is currently backing up You can sign on once the backup is complete.' The backup appears to be frozen. Can you please reset our file to active to enable login. Thanks AlisonSolved242Views0likes5Comments
