Hi Caitlin_G
Thanks for your post.
Generally speaking, that particular error message means that the Excel installation may not have been completed properly or something is missing from the installation. To get around with this you would need to reinstall your copy of Excel on that computer.
For AccountRight to connect to Excel it needs to be installed after Excel. If you are going to be reinstalling Excel, I recommend reinstalling AccountRight after reinstalling Excel.

Hi
I have again today, 3rd time, uninstalled both MYOB and Office Suite (Excel) and then reinstalled Microsoft Office Suite first, restarted the computer and then reinstalled MYOB; restarted the computer and it is still giving me the same error message.
How can I fix this issue as uninstalling and reinstalling (in the correct order; Excel then MYOB) is not fixing the issue?
TIA

Hi Caitlin_G
Thanks for your post.
Can you please retrieve your AccountRight diagnostic log after attempting to export to Excel and attach it to this thread as a .TXT file so I can take a look into this for you.
