192 MINUTES HOLD TIME

 

Trying to reach you guys in regards to an email we received about accepting changes to Pay Super

 

Seriously, the wait time to talk to someone is ridiculous

 

What happens if we dont accept the changes

 

Please advise asap

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting through to our phone based teams. In order to continue processing super payments through the Pay Super service you will need to accept the product disclosure statement and DirectDebit Authority.

     

    If you don't accept the new terms you can process super payments through a Super clearing house of your choice. In AccountRight you will need to record a Pay Liabilities transaction to account for the super payments.
