When I have set up a new employee in the Superannuation TAB I have ticked on 'Superannuation Guarantee'. Then later when she has given me her super choice form I put her under her super fund (HESTA), and forgot to untick 'Superannuation Guarantee'. Now she has twice as much super accumulated than she should have. How do I fix this properly? Thank you, JordyW

Thanks for your post. If there are only a few incorrect pays you can delete them and reprocess them correctly. If you do this and the pays have been reconciled you will need to reconcile your bank account again. The other option is to process a super adjustment payrun. This help article, Checking and adjusting super, will guide you through this process.
If you do choose to delete the incorrect pays, go to Setup>>Preferences>>Security tab and make sure Transactions can't be changed; they must be reversed isn't ticked.
