Entitlements report incorrect after reinstating employee

Following on from previous posts, I need to correct the entitlement balance report for an employee who was terminated then reinstated a month later.

Their card file is correct, but the reports are showing negative balances.

Could I please receive a link for a private message

    So that we can look into this for you, could you please send me the following details via private message:

    • The employee's name
    • The date of termination
    • The date of reinstatement
    • Serial number
    • Your name + email 
    • Company File ID (Help>About MYOB AccountRight)
