LSL accrual not showing when I process a pay run

Hi,

 

I have tried calling twice but every time the line goes dead after a few minutes.

 

I have set up LSL for our employees and followed all the steps.  However when I do a pay run the accrual is not coming up.

 

Please can someone let me know how to fix this.

    Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. So that I can assist with this can you please provide a screenshot of the LSL entitlement payroll category and a sample pay transaction. Make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots prior to posting on the public Forum.
