Leave Entitlements duplicated when pay reversed

A pay was entered and subsequently reversed and then reentered (due to needing to change the payg amount originally deducted).

The leave entitlements on the reversal pay we're not reversed so entitlements were added 3 times rather than once. 

An adjustment pay was done to correct the entitlement balances.

Is there an explanation as to why a pay reversal would not reverse entitlements as well?

    Generally speaking, reversing out a pay in AccountRight should have reversed out the entitlements as part of that. 

     

    If you have experienced a different situation we would need to know the process you used i.e. a negative pay being entered or actually reversed out the pay. In addition to that, we would need to see screenshots of the Pay Employee window showing the original pay and the reversal pay to investigate in more detail.
