Leave Loading

When using leave loading is it meant to accural more leave than a normal week?

Thank you for your post.

Leave loading is extra pay for employees when they take annual leave, but it doesn't affect how leave is earned. Leave is earned based on hours worked and the employment agreement, not on leave loading. Please refer to this Help article, Leave Loading, that has detailed information to assist with this.
