Overpayment of Superannaution

Hi

We have been advised by our accountants that we have overpaid various staff memebers superannuation.  I have tried calling the various superannuation comnpanies to ask for a refund, some have been helpful with their process in filling out a form to recieve the refund, however, some have said that since this was processed through MYOB, I need to contact MYOB and they can explain how to process a refund request via MYOB to the nominated superfund. (i.e AMP)

 

I dont know how to do this. Please help.

    Hi Sofia1 

     

    Thanks for your post. Super refund requests do need to be made with the applicable super funds, this is not something that can be done by MYOB.
