Payroll STP Phase 2

Hi my onliine myob payroll has got the correct linked and ATO reporting categories

But  the desktop one that I use all the time keeps reverting to

to be assigned in both boxes I have done this many times but it keep reverting.

my build is 2002.10.24.7529 if required to fix.. I have been on hold on the phone for 1hour and nine mins

    Hi Una1, 

     

    Thanks for your post. Can you please try clearing your AccountRight cache, once cleared can you check to see if the categories are linked ?

     

    If they aren't, can you please provide a screenshot of how the categories appear in the browser and AccountRight.
