My YTD STP Report does not match the Payroll Report. It is only two employees and the last two pays for the year. The reports were sent to the ATO and accepted, so I cannot for the life of me figure out why they dont match. Any help is appreciated.

If you are still needing assistance with this, my advice would first be to run a $0 Pay Run dated 30th June for the affected employees, this should pull through your payroll data to ATO and update the STP reports accordingly.
