STP2 with 2 MYOB files 1 ABN

Hi All

I have two MYOB files under the one ABN.  One file (1) didn't have employees associated with it until this year where I have entered the staff and setup STP1 and been reporting to the ATO and reports have been accepted.

The other file (2) has always had employees and I have it setup for STP2 but haven't transitioned yet.

The issue is that STP2 'get started' in the '1' file doesn't come up.  I have updated both files to the latest version 2022.4.24.6510 today but '1' file doesn't show any STP2 information.  Both files are online.

? Is it possible to report payroll from 2 MYOB files under the one ABN?  I would say it is as with '1' file the reports have been accepted by the ATO - however I'm no expert on this!

Or why is my '1' file not updating with the STP2 information for migration??

OR when I did the inital STP link '1' to the ATO did I do something wrong. Though I followed the steps recommended by MYOB.
