HI,
Is it possible to update an employees super fund details in a super payment run if we have loaded a superannuation payment but have not authorised and paid it yet.
Or do we have to reverse the whole payment and re enter with updated employee card details?

Hi @Gotem,
Thank you for your post.
Once the super contributions have been recorded in the 'Pay Superannuation window', the batch will be moved to the 'Manage payments' window and will not be affected by changes made to the employee's super fund details. You would need to reverse the entire batch so they return to the 'Pay superannuation' window, make the required changes in the employee card, then record the payment again with the updated details.
