Tax Scale to use

good morning,

 

i have staff provide TFN and ticl clmining an exemption because I am in reciept of a pension (as attached).. what tax sclale I should choose for them please

    Hi anhlu 

     

    Your employee has made an error on the TFN Declaration. The Exemption from providing a TFN is only used if they are not providing a TFN. Look at the form lower down to see if they are claiming the tax free threshold and whether they have a Student Loan etc - this is what determines which tax scale to use.
