Unable to process 1st payroll for FY24
When trying to process payroll for WE 02/07/23 I receive the error "unable to connect. There's been a problem connecting to Accountright Live. Possible causes include: - an issue with your internet connection. - the company file is being upgraded or restored. - the AccountRight Live service is undergoing maintenance". There is no issue with our internet. Have tried to call MYOB support but after selecting options I get the recorded message saying that they are having problems with their phone lines and then hangs up. Please advise solution as payroll needs to be processed.
