MYOB Reports tab does not respond - All other tabs respond and open?

Using Account right Premier v19.5. everthing was working fine. then my report index tab starts to not respond, grom goes non responding. any idea why? pls assist.

    Hi Nilesh76,

     

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    If you're having issues going to 'Reports' not being responsive, we recommend clearing your AccountRight cache. More information on how to do this can be found in the Help Article: Clearing the AccountRight Cache. If the issue persists. You may also try using a different device to see if it will allow the 'Reports' tab to be responsive.
