Baslink not responding

Thank you for your response however you seem to forget that those of us who are advising of this issue are finance people not IT. MYOB keeps providing advice on ways we can fix our problem which include changing or deleting files and programs (so far none have worked - most I don't even know where to find), when really you should be fixing MYOB so we don't need to be doing our own repairs or putting up with issues that are not fixed or improved.

Thank you for replying to the message, but this issue has been continuing for a long time and each time it is brought up, it seems like it is the first time MYOB have experienced the issue.

It is very annoying and time consuming when trying to do multiple BAS's.

It's super frustrating when doing BAS's for multiple companies and as I've experienced this on my work PC and my laptop at home, there's definitely a glitch in MYOB that's causing this. Please fix it MYOB.

Over the last 2 months I have had freezing issues with my BAS.

When I print, the system prints but then it freezes and the circle spins. I need to force it to shut down. I have to re-run the report to back up and Save it.

I also tried the trouble shooting tips and it did not fix the problem. I can process the BAS and then print. Once I print, the BAS freezes. I cannot do anything with it except force a shut down.

Now it is time for MYOB to look at how they can resolve the issue.

We too are having this exact same issue when doing a Manual lodge BASLink reports.  Works fine until you print and then freezes every time.  Only solution is to close the program and redo the BASLink report again.  Happens after every print, we print the report and the transaction slip and then save the file, so have to redo each BAS three times, bloody frustrating.  Surely someone at MYOB can fix this?

Im also experiencing an issue during the last couple of months with the BASlink via Accountright not working, I get an error saying "sorry there has been an unexpected error" which does not allow me to continue. Upon further investigation it seems that Kaspersky internet protection software is now not compatible with MYOB.

As an unwanted work around, prepare your BAS or IAS manually and then pause the protection to complete the online reporting!!!

Something must have triggered this issue in a update, can this be fixed please?

Just letting you know I tried clearing the cache and it made no difference.  And it's not a problem with AccountRight per se, it's ONLY in the Baslink program.  The Timeout Extender is for AccountRight but that's not the program that's freezing - its HUX_MYOB BASlink that's freezing.
