Hi,

 

I still have the same issue. Nothing has changed.

If i try to close the financial year 18-19 it still pops up with ValidationException Error. I click ok and then it says 2019 has been closed and your current financial year is 2019-2020.

Im now in 2021-2022 and still cant close thse off or run the P&L statement reports. I try to get reports 1/7/20 to 30/6/21 but It still says please enter a valid date.

Hoping for some help still here please.

Hi @rach2 


Sorry to hear that you are still impacted by that situation.


The initial running of that script back in February should have resolved that situation for you. If you are still impacted, if you could just confirm the following information is correct would be ideal:

  • The LAST FOUR digits of the serial number are 7097- Setup>>Company Information
  • The conversion month set in the file is July 2019 - Setup>>Company Information
  • The company file ID is 1 - Help>>About AccountRight
  • The company file is located online

I've arranged that script to be run over the company file you. Do ensure that you close down and reopen the company file prior to running that report again.

Hi Steven,

 

Thanks for trying. This hasn't helped at all.

Could we please escalate this?

I'm not sure what else i can do.

I can run the report Profit & Loss [Cash] with a current date eg 1/7/21 to 31/7/21.

But none of the others in the file attached

As the script doesn't appear to be working as intended for you, I've arranged for the company file to be sent in for an investigation and possible repair.

 

I've sent you a direct email with all the details in regards to getting that file sent in for an investigation and possible repair. All the information required is included in the email but do let us know if you have any questions about the process.
