Account Right online platform not converting quotes to invoices as per desktop preferences

The web browser currently doesn't correlate with the desktop preferences e.g. Quote numbers not being retained when converted to invoices.

This is really problematic when using these as job tracking references in production lines through to invoicing.

Would really want this fixed as soon as possible please!!

 

Also 

Please retain the sales and purchases register with the online version of AR - this is a great feature and minimising flicking screens all the time to see if certain sales within a time have been converted or not.

    Hi Triggs, 

     

    Thanks for posting your concern in the forum. 

     

    I understand that the numbering system of both sales and purchases is important to a business. Unfortunately, the web version does not function the same way as the desktop version. The desktop version has preferences on how the numbering systems work. On the other hand, the web version only has one string of numbers for all the sales transactions and cannot retain the number used from the quotes after converting it to an invoice. Rest assured, the development team is currently working on finding a better numbering system for both sales and purchases for the web version.
