Anaylse Sales Report does not Match Sales Report

Hello

This problem happened some time again, and an MYOB representative “ran a script” and sent in for repair and it was fixed.

 

The Analyse Sales does not match the Sales on GL

 

Eg Analyses Item Sales $142480.59

Profit Loss   $149761.12.

We have double-checked all sales and they are all Item based, so they should match. 

 

Can someone please try to solve this, or advise the next step as we urgently need to report to our parent company in EUR.

 

 

 

 

 

Can someone urgently try to fix this for us?

 

This is very urgent now. Please help!

      Hi NNyl, 

       

      Can you please confirm the file ID of the file and the last 4 digits of your product serial number so we can arrange to have the script run over the file.

        Last 4 digits are 1704, and company file id 2
