Autobuild

I am new to a company and I have set up some items in inventory, however when we try to invoice, Autobuild comes up. We do not wish to use autobuild whatsoever, is there a way this can be turned off?

Re: Autobuild

Hi @RobynM1 , the autobuild prompt appears because there is no stock of that item. The items are set up as "I inventory...". Provided the items have not been used in transactions, you can untick that option.

Let me know if you cannot untick them.

Hi @RobynM1,

I would totally agree with Mike. In addition to that, you can remove the auto+build by following the steps provided here.

Re: Autobuild

Thanks Mike,

Not sure where you meant to untick, we went into autobuild through the items list, once going into autobuild the item with 1 against was deleted back to 0 however when we hit ok the 1 reappeared. We were able to invoice however will we have to do this each time we need to invoice an item?
