Backorders unit prices in the WRONG currency

Hi,

 

I've noticed that the Backorder unit price for USD invoices shows in AUD values instead of USD.

 

This has caused a lot of confusion and stress with our USD customers.

 

After checking the MYOB community I found posts dating back to 2020 with the same problem.

 

Has this issue been fixed yet or is there something I need to do on my end?

 

Currently, I have to keep printing the invoices and using a PDF editor to fix the values.  This is time-consuming and a waste of my time.

    Thank you so much for your post. This feature is still not available in the new AccountRight Software. We already submitted this request to the relevant team and they will be posting an update once this feature will be available.

      Hi Earl_HD , with respect, what is being requested is a correction to a glaring and embarrassing error in a feature. If MYOB is not ashamed to know that your clients are obliged to send out invoices with incorrect pricing, then they should be. Having it corrected in the next release would be very welcome.
