    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can I please confirm if you're still having troubles with this ? If you, are you confirm if you get any error messages ?

      Hi not receiving any error messages, it just wont capture screenshots of my receipts, but will take photos of them.

      tried call customer support, but the 82 minutes wait time was a ridiculous response

        Can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, does this help ?
