Deleting a live file and reloading a new file.

We have tried for more than 2 weeks to resolve an issue with an old file which is preventing us from being compliant with STP 2. Issue is not resolved. Support team are not calling back with no record of each of our calls.

We need to delete a live file on the cloud and reload a new file.

The inability of MYOB to support us to date is unacceptable and causing intense stress for our community based, not for profit business. Thank you.

    In the both file that you want to upload and the file that is currently in the cloud, if you go to Help>>About AccountRight, what is the company file ID?


    If these are both the same (and the serial number is the same in Setup>>Company Information), take a copy a backup of the file that you would like in the cloud i.e. the local file (File>>Backup). Once that backup has been completed, go to File>>Restore and select to restore that file online using AccountRight Live. This will replace the current online file with that copy of the file you wish to have in the cloud.


    If those company file IDs are different do send me a private message on this Forum with the serial number and the company file IDs. The reason for this is that we will likely need to remove the current file from the cloud to free up space for that second file.
