Deleting Uploads

How do I delete documents from uploads?

There no longer appears to be a function to delete these.

Hi Asbestos,

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

When deleting an uploaded document, it's permanently removed and can't be recovered. To do this, please refer to the steps and screenshot below.

Click Uploads on the menu.

Click the ellipsis (...) button for the document and choose Delete document.

Click Delete on the confirmation message. The document is deleted from the Uploads.

Feel free to post again anytime if you require further assistance.

  Is it possible to create the option to delete multiple uploads as opposed to having to do it one by one ? Often duplicates of invoices are sent, as well as other attachments on emails that are not invoices that are added to the uploads for example logos etc from watercorp. It is very time consuming to have to delete one by one using the ellipses, there needs to be the option of either emptying the uploads inbox, or selecting multiple documents to delete

    It’d be great to have a one‑click way to delete all uploads, but there isn’t a built‑in option for that at the moment. If you’re keen, please pop the suggestion on our Ideas Exchange so other users can vote it up for future updates.
